2021-2022: Studied Media in high school.
2022: Spent 1 semester at NYFA (New York Film Academy) online, studying screenwriting.
2023: Started studying at Oxygen College where I studied full-time, each day a different class - 1: Design, 2: Photography and 3: Videography.
2024: Graduated with a diploma of screen and media and a certificate 4 of digital imaging from Oxygen College.
2024: My graduating class's end of course exhibition. I produced a number of individual pieces ranging from photo-animation to projection art on a 3D model.
2024-Present: I have not stopped aiming to advance my skills in the digital media realm, having started learning many programs such as; TouchDesigner, P5js and MadMapper.

Other softwares' I know and my proficiency;
Adobe Premier Pro, Lightroom, InDesign and Photoshop - Confident.
Adobe After Effects and TouchDesigner - medium proficiency.
Adobe Audition, Blendr, P5js and MadMapper - Have used once or twice but am almost completely lost.

Below are some supporting documents including lighting plans, mood boards, exhibition plans, design concepts and an artists plaque from my class's exhibition.
TouchDesigner: My knowledge of this software is quite liminal, I only have the free version which I've found can limit my horizons, however, I have made numerous beginner pieces and followed tutorials on YouTube.
My main expertise at this stage is using noise to distort imported images/videos. I am familiar with most, free, TOP nodes, MAT's and some CHOP's however they aren't my strong suit. I have been introduced to DAT's and COMP's (specifically Geo, Light, Camera and Render) but do not feel confident in my ability to implement them in projects without guidance.

3D: I started teaching myself how to use a software called Nomad Sculpt on my iPad, I love the way the app uses a more sculpting based form of 3d modelling, like holding clay with your own hands, I find that it gives me more control of what I do and where I do it. The easy rendering and lighting formats are also a plus for me.
I have also started using Blender, although I am very new to it, I know the basics - faces, edges and vertexes - and how to manipulate them but the rest I'm lost with. I am teaching myself how to use the software, currently following tutorials on low-poly modelling and texturising - creating my own textures and adding them in.

Animation: Most of my work in the animation space consists of photo-animation, produced in Adobe Photoshop or Procreate.

Videography: I have the most experience in this field as I have been exploring it for many years, creating music videos, experimental shorts, visuals and a plethora of other projects.
I also used video as my base format for one of the final pieces in my class's exhibition where I filmed my sister and masked her head onto a large, handmade 3D sculpture using MadMapper and a projector. It was this - including extensive research into contemporary and historical artists within the medium - that ultimately sparked my passion for projection art as a medium.
